Time flies， Looking back of the past year, there are too many moving moments worth recalling. I still remember that I told you at the 2020 annual summary meeting that the biggest gift to our company last year from the epidemic was the growth of the team. A total of 13 employees have been promoted. I believe that we will have a great breakthrough in 2021. Yesterday, my prediction came true. We exceeded the sprint goal, which was an increase of more than 62% compared with last year. This is inseparable from our hard work. Excellent performance is closely related to the ability of our team. This year, we also welcomed more than 10 newcomers， Their joining has made our team more perfect, more efficient and stronger. In the future, we will attract more excellent friends to the big family of Jiulong, and Jiulong can make everyone's dreams come true. I believe that at the beginning of the year, when everyone saw the company's annual incentive and VAM agreement, they might think that we were still far from the goal, but after months of hard work, we were getting closer and closer to the goal, and then in October， we have exceed the goal, and then pull the sprint goal bigger and bigger in the last 2 months. I am glad that we can also boast to others like many technology companies that we can get an average of more than 10 months of year-end bonus this year. When there is no money, if you still hard working, money will come. This is called God’s reward for your diligence. When you have money, if you share your money, people will come. This is called gathering money. When have enough people，share your love，then your will have career， which makes people get together ，and have successful career.  These three are the current state of Jiulong. I hope we can continue to be hungry, passionate, eager, and better serve our customers and partners. Although our performance this year is very good, we cannot be proud, because we still have a ten-year plan of "three, three and four", with an average annual growth rate of 30%, doubling every three years, and four major strategic layouts.

Our traditional export business has performed very well this year. This is our cash cow and our main track. Our newly established cross-border e-commerce department this year is a potential department and has performed very well. It has laid a very good foundation for 2B and 2C, and constantly develops new products and sales channels. I believe that in the next few years, it can become our another main force. In addition, our domestic sales are also in the development stage, and we are constantly establishing brand marketing, and slowly promoting our products and services online and offline, so as to achieve a dual cycle at home and abroad. In the import business, we are still investigating and exploring, and the market opportunities in China are infinite in the future. Of course, while we made breakthroughs in performance, we also exposed a lot of our problems: the fine control of quality, the delay in production and delivery, and the response to the skyrocketing cost of raw materials and freight, all of which show that our company still has room for improvement. Only by continuously improving efficiency, using digital tools, and integrating supply chain management and control can we bring greater development. These all require us to change and improve in the new year.

In the past year, our company has continuously increased the income of employees while developing itself, and has not forgotten its social responsibility. At the beginning of the year, we established the Jiulong Care Fund to donate anti-epidemic materials to many villages, towns and streets, and assisted left-behind students in difficulties for 10 consecutive years. , sponsoring the Ningbo Ice Hockey League, helping the Beijing Winter Olympics, donating 52,000 yuan to the Yinzhou Red Cross Society for the heavy rainstorm disaster in Henan and the "fireworks" typhoon disaster in Ningbo, etc., purchasing agricultural products, and helping Suichang "common prosperity" and so on. We will continue to do so for the public good. Remember the three personal goals I put forward at the beginning of the year? 1. Sales exceeded 30 million. 2. Take social responsibility and strive to become a member of the Yinzhou District Political Consultative Conference. 3. Personal weight lose 5 pounds. I regret to tell everyone that the goal is only to complete the first two goals, and I will continue to work hard for the third goal.

The footsteps of 2021 are gradually fading away, and the bells of 2022 have already resounded throughout the world.
